But for most of us, it’s hard to see our gifts for how valuable they are.

We diminish our greatness because we're used to the seemingly mundane habits and thoughts of our daily existence.

In an era where so many people seem like they’ve got it figured out based on follower count, or book copies sold, we say:

• Who am I to be the expert on this?
• Why should people listen to me?
• What do I have to offer that’s unique?

I happen to know you have A WHOLE FRICKING LOT to offer.

I’m Colleen Arturi and I am a self-storytelling expert.

I help people feel confident telling a story about themselves that’s powerful, because it’s true to who they are and what they want.

I use ancient storytelling principles and Jungian archetypes (with a twist) to help you see that you are connected to the universality of the human story, and to showcase how you and your story are unique within its grand narrative.

This might not be that type of story you’re used to, though.

No one else does what I do.

Curiosity before ego

I honor others and their experiences by truly hearing them, seeing them, and by questioning beliefs and stories that aren’t working for them. I am genuinely curious about what makes others tick, and I put this curiosity and openness as a priority, far above any point of view I want to impart, or any lesson I want someone to learn.

Being me

Authenticity means doing your best to reflect your true self to the world. The hard work of being authentic should be honored, as it brings us closer together as humans.

Embracing the power of storytelling

Our brains are built for it. Language is the connection point to ourselves and to our experiences with others. It is the undercurrent in everything my team and I offer to the world.

Helping others access creativity

Writing is at the core of this practice. This means being playful in mindset, being open in thought, and being connected to the greater creative forces that unite us.

Being a Feminist

I honor feminist principles through continuous action: 

• Boosting feminine leadership
• Questioning the default patriarchal cultural narrative
• Redefining power through language that’s non-default
• Helping people tell a story about themselves that’s true to them and their unique power
• Being intersectional in feminist and anti-racist work
• Calling out oppression, and recognizing that as a white woman; I am both the oppressed and the oppressor
• Honoring Mother Earth, the original feminine force
